Extra Mattress can be requested with a fee of Php300 per day per mattress. 8.) NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT. You will be charged with ₱2,500 which will be used for cleaning if you violate this rule. 9.) Early check-in and Check-out are subject to room availability with a fee of Php150 per hour. 10.) If there are any damage / issue that occurred during your stay. PLEASE REPORT TO US IMMEDIATELY. 11.) This will be given to you upon check-in and should be surrendered upon checkout.
