We apologize but PETS are not allowed on our CJ by the Bay units. 4.)Laundry service is available with a fee. 5.)Visitors staying beyond 10pm will be charged with 300per head. 6.) Extra Mattress can be requested with a fee of Php300 per day per mattress. 7.) NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT. You will be charged with ₱2,500 which will be used for cleaning if you violate this rule. 8.) Early check-in and Check-out are subject to room availability with a fee of Php150 per hour. 9.) If there are any damage / issue that occurred during your stay. PLEASE REPORT TO US IMMEDIATELY. 10.) There is a Php2000 charge for lost/damaged key fob. Iron and Iron Board is available and you may request for it and we will deliver it to you. NOTE: The unit has a loft and children's are not recommended to play there to avoid injuries or falling. If you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to ask.
